1-Tupolev (TU 154M) airplane training courses based on course syllabi and agreed by State Aviation Organization for pilots and flight engineers . It is worth mentioning that the pilots who have the primary piloting documents of CPL INST or ATPL and also flight engineers who have BASIC FLIGHT ENGINEERING or additionally having experience on other airplanes, after passing 240 hours of specialized courses and obtaining success in standard of State Aviation Organization shall be dispatched to simulator an dafter TRANSITION flight as probational crew and then shall perform their duties. The pilots and engineers who should be dispatched to simulator once each six months , two days prior to dispatching , shall pass the review courses again.

2-The primary flight attendance courses based on the standard syllabi of State Aviation Organization and passing 960 hours of the confirmed courses including English language, meteorology, engine, instrumentation, physiology, extinguishment, behavior with passenger, emergency exit of passenger and first aids, etc.
It should be mentioned that the pilots and flight engineers of Caspian Airlines bear flight experience of various types of 747, 707 and 737 Boeing and Air Bus Airplanes and it is the years that they have homogenized themselves with conditions of Tupolev airplanes and even without navigation system and radio operator which are common in Russian navigations ,they have covered their responsibility and managed the said educational courses.
